ClassPass Changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change any reservations made through ClassPass in our system. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If you have any issues regarding your reservation made through ClassPass, you must contact ClassPass directly at info@classpass.com.

Can I put a hold on my membership?

Yes, we can place your monthly recurring package on hold for $25. To place your account on hold, please email us at connect@elevatetraining.com.

Buddy Passes

Buddy Passes are limited to new clients only, and they must set up a profile in MindBody. To use your Buddy Pass, please email connect@elevatetraining.com with the name of your Buddy (after their profile has been created) and the class they’d like to attend. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your desired class time so we can set up the Buddy Pass. If you’d like to book a weekend class, we must receive your email prior to 5 pm on Friday. If we are not notified in advance, your Buddy will have to pay the 1 Session rate of $35.

Student, Teacher And Military Discounts

We offer 15% off full priced packages or memberships. Please email connect@elevatetraining.com with a valid photo I.D. to redeem.

Downtown Studio Parking

There are a couple of parking options, but please allow yourself a little extra time for parking if it’s your first time attending at this location.

  • We offer parking validation for 1 hr FREE at the Marriott Hotel Ace Parking Structure. There is also street parking on Pacific Highway and Harbor Blvd
  • On Harbor, there is 2 Hour meter parking and a $5/hr parking lot
  • $6/hr parking at the Marriott and Intercontinental hotels. We are currently working on a validation solution.
