In 40 minutes, you will sprint, climb and jump to pulsating music while your instructor pushes you to give a little bit more each minute. Using the state-of-the-art Megaformer, you will use slow, controlled movements, spring-loaded resistance training and constant engagement of your core to elevate your heart rate, mind and body to new limits. You will strengthen and tone muscles you didn’t know you had while burning 500-800 calories per class.
